Oh, Dan, thank you!! I just woke up and heard the horse riding tale and it brought me back to my childhood. Riding horses, living on lake shores, and made my Native roots run wild from where I deeply secure them. I still love nature and am happiest there. Where I can see and swim in the endless blue of the Creator's waters. I live in Lakewood, CO, USA, my hometown. My mother sold our house in the divorce, and I've had to live in filthy gang infested ghettos of East Denver for decades. But at least my wife makes enough money that we could afford living in Lakewood again. Now I live a block away from my old home. There are still farms and horses out here. I can walk my dog safely. The cottonwoods and aspens are dressed in yellow reds and oranges. Animals have always understood me better and faster than humans. If I could support myself, I would be a hermit in a cabin in the mountains. Thank you so much😊
I love your stories and your voice and would like to buy merch to support your channel but how about something sleep related? Jammies, gowns/ long sleep shirts, sleep masks, pillow cases, even slippers! Those are things I would use as I listen to your stories 😴 By the way, I really like that the stories now have the relaxation countdown at the beginning. Brilliant 💎
For years I've been trying to find a company that would partner with me to make sleep merch, especially as I am also autistic and so would love my own range of autism friendly sleep stuff, including weighted blankets. Currently I've always had to make do with TeeSpring products which connect to my RUclips channel
Not sure if you’ve done one like this, but could you do a story about taking a midnight flight? Like become a dragon or a bird, or maybe a witch in a broomstick, taking a flight over the country side and seeing different sights?
I probably have. I've had lots of flight in my stories at all times of the day. I create new sleep stories during the sleep story creation sessions every Tuesday and Thursday where I take viewers ideas.
Hey Dan. Long story but here goes. About 6 years ago my husband and I made friends with a couple of Horses. My bond with them was so special. Two years later I found out that my Mom had been diagnosed with cancer I asked my husband to take me to see the horses. I walked into their pasture and they came to me at a full run and stopped in front of me and put their heads over my shoulders. I cried my tears into their manes. The comfort they gave me was one of the most amazing things I've ever felt. I'd go see them every day. When Mom passed I was away for a couple of weeks. When I came back we went to see them.... they were gone. Could you do a story about finding them? I don't know what their real names were but I called the mare Joker and the gelding Ace.
I woke up around The Crows Nose. I thought your description was comforting until you started to say: Stuff about the people chattering and having fun. I started to feel panicked? Overwhelmed? Like there is too much stimulus? I pictured bright lights and people trying to talk over loud music and pub tvs on with more noise ect and clanking of silverware and glasses being placed on the table too loud. How do I get past something like that???
Dan, you're the only one who can put and keep me asleep!
I'd like "A day on the farm" as a story.
Trying to drown out the Hurricane. Hopefully, we have power until the end. Love you, Dan!!!!
Send some prayers this way! xoxoxo
You are the very best Dan! Your voice, your intonation, your phrasing … can’t sleep without your long stories all night. ❤

I incorporated the idea of a couple of horses into the sleep story I created during the sleep story creation session just over a week ago...
