Sea-faring Survivalist(Cascade)
Name: Togin Gatla
Alias: Cascade
Gender: Male
Orientation: Bisexual
Species: Orca whale
Height: 5'9"
Age: Unknown
Voice: Pidgin accent
Abilities: Cascade possesses the ability to manipulate water as well enhanced traits likely from training and years spent swimming against some of the most battering and wild currents out on the seven seas, which has formed him into a graceful and precise swimmer with the help of his gear, as it appears to have some kind of enchantments or properties that help him control direction and mobility in the water. His goggles seem to be standard, but given what dangers lie in the ocean and on land, eyesight will be key. Then there's his combat knife, which he seems to use only for defensive purposes if he can't outrun or rely solely on his unarmed combat prowess.
Weaknesses: He is somewhat cocky and often puts himself into various situations that leave him in a tight spot, and as all orcas do, needs to come up for air every once in a while. Forcing him into a situation where he is out of his element can leave him at a disadvantage as well.
Personality: A survivalist in every sense of the word, Cascade is confident and cocky with his experience and knowledge of the sea, yet he genuinely cares about the people who he fosters a bond with, even though that is rare.
Background: Cascade, as he is known, is a hero hailing from the sea and an occasional member of the Voyagers team. But unlike many of his fellow heroes, Cascade does not have a set or known origin, as far as the files say. Because of this, some people speculate that he may be Atlantean, but the theory doesn't hold up when looked at closely with evidence. This has lead to theories that he might be born directly of the sea itself, or perhaps is a lost child who survived and grew up in the waters.
Even if people might never know the reality of the situation, Togin Gatla is indeed a survivor of Atlantis, a fact that he doesn't even remember for himself.
